Scheduling

  • Set your teaching hours once; Tutti warns you about clashes and lessons outside them
  • Each student's weekly lesson repeats on its own, skipping public holidays and days you're closed
  • Lessons pause in the school holidays if you like (NSW, VIC and QLD dates built in)
  • Cancel a lesson yourself and the student gets a make-up credit

Students and families

  • Add students one at a time, or import the spreadsheet you already keep
  • Siblings share one parent login and one invoice
  • Families log in with an emailed link, so there are no passwords to forget

Invoices

  • One invoice per family for any period you choose, with GST worked out and a PDF attached
  • Families pay by card or bank transfer; card payments go straight to your bank
  • Reminder emails go out on the due date, and again a week overdue
An invoice in Tutti: ten weekly piano lessons at $60, a $600 total, marked paid by card.
An invoice: every lesson counted from the calendar, paid by card the day it was sent.

How it works

  1. Add your students

One at a time, or import the spreadsheet you already keep.

  2. Set weekly times

Lessons repeat every week on their own, holidays skipped.

  3. Teach and write notes

Families get the week's practice plan as soon as you save.

  4. Invoice

One invoice per family for the month, or any period, emailed with a Pay now link.

Your lesson note becomes their week

Write the note after the lesson, the way you already do. Tutti turns it into a practice plan the family can see.

  • Add each piece or exercise, with bars, tempo and minutes a day
  • Saving emails the plan to the family straight away
  • Add a gold star, little crown or cosy scarf for their companion when they've earned it

This week's practice

From your lesson on Monday 19 Oct · about 15 min a day

  • Minuet in G (Bach)Bars 1–16 · 80 bpm · 10 min a day
  • D major scale, two octaves5 min a daySlow and even bows first.

Lovely tone today. Keep the wrist soft on the string crossings.

⭐ Your teacher gave you a gold star!

What the family sees after a Monday lesson.

Lessons are once a week. Practice is the other six days.

Families get a simple app for the week between lessons. Every student sees this week's plan and has a companion that grows when they practise.

  • This week's practice plan on the family phone
  • One tap to log practice, or a timer that keeps going
  • A short Sunday email so parents know how the week went

Free for families. Nothing to install: it opens from a link.

Mia's practice week as a bar of musicNotes on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday; rests on Wednesday and Saturday. Lyra the lyrebird cheers at the end of the bar.
Mia practised five days this week, and Lyra is cheering her on.

A companion that grows with practice

The first time they log in, each student picks Sprout, Puff or Ember. From then on, practice is what makes it grow.

  1. Hatches

It starts as an egg and hatches the first time they practise.

  2. Grows

Eight practice days in any two weeks, and it grows a stage.

  3. Never shrinks

Six stages to grow through. Progress is never taken away.

  4. Gets sleepy

A week off makes it sleepy, not sad. One practice wakes it up.

Puff and Ember grow the same way.

Questions teachers ask

About price and billing? See pricing.

Do I have to follow school terms?
No. Lessons simply repeat every week. You choose whether they pause in the school holidays (NSW, VIC and QLD dates are built in), and add any other days you're closed.
Do families need to install an app?
No. Tutti opens from the link in their invite email, on any phone, tablet or computer. They can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app.
Will Tutti nag families about practice?
No. Parents get one short email on Sunday evening about the week. A companion that misses practice just gets sleepy; it never scolds.
Where is my studio's data kept?
In Sydney. Your students, lessons, notes and invoices are stored in an Australian data centre.

$19 a month for you. Free for families.

GST included. Card payments go straight to your bank, and Tutti takes no cut.
